The ECNO Security Solutions (ESS)Service provides a team of “Cyber Security Professionals” and resources to support ECNO K-12 school boards in the province of Ontario.
Since its establishment in 2019 the program has grown to include 66 School Boards/Members both French and English across the province. Participating School Boards are provided with access to a team of Information Security Officers (ISOs) whose role is to complement their current IT teams through the provision of Cyber Security knowledge, expertise, and leadership. For most Boards participating in the Service, the ESS ISOs have become trusted and valued members of their cyber security teams.
